Courier Services

We use various reputable courier services including Aramex, The Courier Guy and Paxi to ensure that your items arrive safely.

Order Tracking

Upon completion of your wig(s) being constructed; you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order for delivery.

Order Collections

To ensure that your items are delivered securely; you or somebody you have assigned should be available to collect the items at the delivery location you have set.

Lead Times

Our wigs are handmade and as such there is a period in which manufacturing of the product occurs. 

All our wigs are available on preorder in which wig construction can take 10 to 14 working days .

Once wig(s) have been manufactured, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days.
