Refund policy

14 DAY EXCHANGE

We don’t offer refunds however, we accept exchanges given that the wig has not been altered and it is not damaged.

Exchanges are valid for 14-day period from the time in which you received your order and items will need to be returned to our warehouse in Durban within the 14-day timeframe.  The transport cost will be for your account

Quality inspections will be carried within 72-hours of the item's arrival at our Durban warehouse prior to exchanges being passed.

Please note that the 14-day exchange / return policy does not apply to a custom product as this is manufactured specifically for you and therefore cannot be resold.

SALE ITEMS: No exchanges are accepted on Sale items once the goods have been received in good order. 

STANDARD PRODUCT ORDERS

Our standard products are those products you can order directly from our online store. You can choose between standard sizes, our standard and colour options. Your standard product order can be exchanged.

CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS

You can also request for an item to be custom made. You can choose your own length and your own colour. However, your custom-made product order cannot be exchanged or returned. If there is an error Mbalezwe Hair Creations will rectify the fault.  

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER & REFUNDS

Any item that has been ordered and (partially) paid for can be cancelled within 24-hours and a full refund of the amount paid will be made within 14-days working. Custom made product orders cannot be cancelled.
